Mehldau’s Knives Out turned that into one of my favorite Radiohead songs. Something about it made me really appreciate the harmonic movement of the song in a way I hadn’t before. Also, Jeff Ballard’s drumming on that take is absolutely phenomenal.

    Hi David,
Thanks for another interesting take on Radiohead. As many have said, Brad Mehldau does magnificent covers of their work, in particular Paranoid Android and Knives Out.
One not mentioned yet is Amanda Palmer who has a whole mini album of Radiohead covers on ukelele and a few other instruments. Like Regina it is all in her voice which is deeply touching, especially on Fake Plastic Trees, No Surprises, Creep and Exit Music. The sparseness of the instruments just highlights the power of the lyrics and melodies to great effect.
She also does some killer Bowie covers with Jherek Bischoff on an album called Strung Out in Heaven, esp Ashes to Ashes, Black Star and Heroes.

WOW Never knew there were so many covers! I love Christopher O'riely covers, but got NO IDEA what he is doing with the harmonies

There are probably to many radiohead covers to cover *wink* But for those interested, The Punch Brothers do some really good Radiohead covers.

Covers BY Radiohead. Many great ones. Miracle Legion's 'All for the Best' by Thom and Andy Yorke is fan-damn-tastic.

Agreed - really impressed me. Pretty straightforward cover but they do it well.

I didn't read all of the comment so I don't know if this has been mentioned.
"Like Spinning Plates" by Dash Berlin. Pretty outside the box.
Keep up the great work with your videos.

Let Down from the Radiodread Reggae Dub Tribute is beautiful as well! It's Toots and the Maytals playing.

Not actually Radiohead, but Christian Scott made an incredible version of Thom Yorke's The Eraser.
