Ok! I subscribed! I have been been hedging because I consume way too much and not executing. So didn't want to add another. This interview got me though! It's the most relatable insight to how to approach this thing I've seen in ages. I love his approach and the way he explains it. I am a fan! I want to buy Shine Armor right now and my car doesn't even work! I am so grateful to both of you for this knowledge!
What about manufacturing? How he found someone to make the product? Where is product Shine Armpur stored/wherehouse..and how to find someone to run the websites? His product Shine Armour has over 10k reviews on Amazon! Thats a lot of sales ( unlike Gretta I could not find lot of reviews on her products)...he making a LOT of $.
how much money do you need to begin with?? thats the real important that should be asked..passion and hunger is one thing but having money to start up is another thing right?

I can’t seem to find where he said to look on Facebook to see what ads other companies are running. I went to a company’s FB page and couldn’t locate any links he mentioned. Is he talking about a search page within FB where you enter the company’s name and find out about their advertising, etc?
How much to outsource? I mean, they even outsourced writing their books which sounds great, but is it really the right way to do it? Where’s the authenticity? In that case everybody might be able to outsource just about every aspect of their business and be nothing more than coordinators. Personally I don’t think this is a good model. These guys seemed to have “lucked out” with some clever tactics, but it’s not going to work in the long run.
Ghost writing has been around for a long time. Outsourcing is a legitimate business model. He makes more in a month then some do in 3 years. These tactics are here to stay. It's not luck because he has had multiple successful streams of of income.
Have you been living under a rock? You expect business owners to always do ALL of the work involved with running their business? Imagine big businesses with no employees, because the owners wanted to do all the work themselves to remain "authentic". That makes absolutely no sense. Business owners are, in essence, coordinators by necessity. You can't have a business without coordinating all the efforts in a manageable way. And there's no "lucked out" when you understand what it takes to start and grow a business. It's hard work, and people like Justin deserve the fruits of their labor.
