Tom stays true to his aesthetic Always. And it’s almost always exquisitely executed... this was one of those exquisite moments. He’s never going to give you something completely different every season - he’s more about style than he is the ever changing trends of fashion. You can’t compare TF with current AM Gucci... especially when we know the big houses are a revolving door of guns for hire.
Absolutely agree, Tom stays true to his instinct. Personally I miss Tom Gucci, or Frida G., times of glory for that house, because both designers were faithful to the style and aesthetics, not so much to the break-up (as A.M. does today)

@@andyglamrock YSL back in the '70s used pretty similar silhouettes. Especially the women's suits. Designers from the late '90s as a whole borrowed heavily from the 1970s, so I think the pimp comparison makes sense in a way.

Who does a fashion show with one outfit just in different colors with different accessories? TF is too far up his own derrière to create an actual collection. Moreover it’s the same color scheme as his last several shows. The shoes still look like the models are having a difficult time keeping them on and must pound their way down the catwalk and readjust the fit with each step
