Mission San Gabriel Arcangel was the 4th one created out of the 21 total. It's mostly famous for its unique facade, and though not the biggest of all the missions, very neat to visit.
The gardens are especially beautiful, and the friars' cemetery (allegedly haunted lol), is very interesting.
Overall a must-see when visiting LA.
