I use the members mark version of Voltaren and can vouch that it's incredible and I think it actually works better then voltaran. I have a knee injury that happened in 2020 by missing a step and coming down hard on a foot . Way it's torn not eligible for surgery and I was using the voltaren and didn't seem like it did much maybe 50 percent coverage with it and more expensive to get at sams. Saw the Members Mark version told my husband when we were short lets try it and haven't looked back. I use it for pain before it gets to the level of my nerve meds....I cut my need for the medication in half and could get by with just the cream but everyone different. My husband started using it for aches and pains from work and will pick up the three pack when we're getting low and stick it in the medicine cabinet so it's always around the house. Was using Doterra oils but just got to expensive to keep up with their deep blue rub. Hope you and your family have a blessed holiday season. Thank you for all the blogs

I also use the dawn spray in the shower walls and floor. It works great. I just spray it on and use a brush and scrub the tile rinse it off and it’s done!

Downton will not disappoint. Even the movies are great. I too have Cecilia's book- I have been watching her for a few years. Love the visuals, her upbeat nature and the life she shows us. Another book that is letters- 84 Charing Cross Rd. A women in 1950's (?) New York writes a book seller in London looking for a book. They strike up a friendship that last years. Charming (and short)book and the movie (starring Anthony Hopkins and Ann Bancroft) is very well done. Merry Christmas- that's for sharing yourself with us.

I use Voltaren Gel for my knee and other arthritis pain. I currently have bursitis in my knee. I had a broken neck in 2016 as a result of a car accident, it helps that too! It is amazing! I did not know there was a generic. I’ll check the next time I go to Sam’s!
The LMNT chocolate medly flavors are great in a protein coffee. In a regular coffee cup i do half coffee, half premier protein latte flavor and half a packet of the a chocolate medly flavor and they are so good. Even the chai flavor!
I studied Jane Austen's writing as an undergrad in college. Thoroughly enjoyed her writing: I'm glad you did, too!. Thank-you for your other book suggestions. Also, on the subject of PMDD, your journey has helped me realize that this is also my experience. I'm 52, and need to have this addressed. It's so exhausting!. So happy to have found your channel.

There is a wonderful sequel to The Kitchen House. Its title is Glory Over Everything. Both books will stay with you. And even though there was a sort of hierarchy to the characters in The Kitchen House, calling them all slaves would be very accurate, I think. 😢
