the lehenga choli is to be stiched . same as blouse you get it stich so is the lehenga . the finishing you are talking about it's like that only because it is to be stiched and that finishing will come after you get it stiched. hope it'll help you

the second one skin colored skirt is also to be stiched that's only the cloth that you got . from a tailor you ban get it stiched in your size and to save your many thell them to stich it without cancan and you instead buy a cancan skirt so that skirt you can use under any lehenga it'll give the lehenga the fluffyness or for making it look more like a lehenga
