Astonishing I loved watching you both !!!
I can spend time with my mother for months without a trigger , moving from hours and a trigger as you said Alyssa … and watching this I notice a very distant echo of that little girl sighing a relief - what a gift from your mother !!!!Kudos to her 🙇‍♀️

Incredible to see the kind of conversation you can have with your mother. Very inspiring and great evidence of what's possible when we do the work.

    That’s is beautiful!😍
My mother was/is an emotional mess. She’s definitely on the narcissist spectrum, she NEVER takes accountability for how she is, & she blames EVERYONE for everything bc it’s never her fault. Manipulation & guilt tripping me was HUGE when I was a child which left me feeling so confused.
I tried several times to see if she’d be willing to do the work necessary…however, she’s not & she doesn’t believe she needs therapy bc nothing is wrong with her. The absolute lack of awareness is mind blowing 🤯 to me! This is a whole other level of unawareness & she wonders why her life is so stressful & so miserable 😳
I’m just so grateful I’m nothing like that and I accomplished my goal of “I never want to end up like my parents, I want to do whatever it takes to heal, grow, & evolve!” 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️

@@annaprana8004 At this point I find it more sad than crazy because I see how she's actively pushing away all the things she really wants without knowing that she's doing that

What was the program that you did without your mom that you stated in the beginning of this video? Is that something you can share?

We are learning it in her Institute of Coaching Mastery Program.
Many of us are being trained to do this work! ♥️

I lost my mama💔 she worked so much growing up. I worked with her some. Then she died at 55 trying to retire at work. How do I heal from that .

O jeez. I'm 53. Just found out I have heart failure with blood clots in my lungs. It's just me and my 25 year old daughter. We've had our healing work to do. I am SO SORRY for you losing your mama. I lost my dad. He was one of the only ppl that understood me, but he was much older. 😢 sending you so much love and healing. There's not much that anyone can say, but time, it takes time. Dad passed in December 2015. My sister committed suicide by fire in December 2016. I was in school to be a therapist, but dad's cancer was pretty relentless. I went off the grid for a while. There's nothing pretty about grief/healing. Do NOT EVER be hard on yourself for good days, or minute bu minute, as you heal. ❤🎉

💔😪 I'm so sorry ! You fight to be healthy! My grandma just got diagnosed with esophagus cancer and we are fighting like hell to help her naturally. I can't lose her now. I'm really sorry for all your losses💔 this life I tell you. I did get peace with my mom before she died. Kinda. A sudden death you will never get peace from butt we got peace from our past. I started my healing journey and had to go into my childhood trama💔. I was very sick years ago with Crohn's disease. I healed naturally. I don't no your.case but all I can say is fight like hell find a way if there is a way. I always believe there is a natural why when the doctors say there is not😪. Your daughter and you will have your peace.

@klynn549 Thank you. I agree. Naturally, it is the only way to go. After I witnessed what all the chemo did to my father WITH diabetes on top of it, they burned him so badly with the chemo for the prostate cancer he wound up with a pee bag. Then, one breast a time removal. Yes, the healing will bring you back all the way to childhood. Hang in there, please. Much love to your grandmother and you guys from Florida.

Your the sweetest lady. I'm sorry about your dad. They also did that to my grandpa💔. Ughh hi from cananda. 🥰. I did my healing years ago. But I have realized our healing is never done.

@klynn549 No, it's not. Healing has become an everyday thing. I'm picking up my daughters boyfriend from Canada this weekend from the airport! Small world. Hopefully, our medical system will keep evolving. In the meantime, ugh!
