Warm Springs 7 red shouldered hawk video

A red-shouldered hawk has found a perch atop the riser at Warm Springs No. 7 dam near Berkeley Springs in Morgan County. The hawk must enjoy the view, as it's been spotted on camera here more than once. The dam is being monitored before major repairs begin later this year.
