    I just had it for my lunch today. You are absolutely right! Half pack of the soup base might be enough. It was a bit salty for me.

      @MsMinglifestyle  3 года назад

      Yes! It’s too much sodium 🧂 in one soup base. Usually they put extra just in case.

    Me and my son love these. We add a soft boiled egg and fried spam and some corn and bok chocolate. Delicious 😋

    I was really impressed by this ramen because I’ve tried the kimchi kind but the noodles were sort of soggy, but the noodles in Tonkotsu were very nice!

    They're... good... We LOVE Nongshim (especially the Shin Black Ramyun), but these are... okay. My hub pointed out that we eat Nissin Tonkotsu Black Garlic ramen a lot, and those set the bar stratospherically high. We DO get at least one box of the A-Sha Tainan noodles from CostCo each trip, though!

    • @MsMinglifestyle

      I love that A-sha noodle too!!! I bought it from Asian store long time ago and it was healthy and yummy!!

      @@MsMinglifestyle they're pretty good! However, I've also had the Nissin Raoh brand tonkotsu flavor ramen, and I think those have a deeper flavor. I just wish the Nissin one came with a packet of the spicy garlic paste like the Nongshim does

    I just want to leave a comment to anyone who plan to buy this . Don't ! I tried quite no. of instant noodle brands and always love Tonkotsu favor. After reading reviews from few ppl I just bought 2 boxes home. Really disappointing. I tried both methods 1)Water at level by microwave adding spicy sauce (broth still too bland other than spicy), 2) slightly less water with eggs and no spicy sauce by boiled water (taste little better but still not good). Overall taste very 'instant' for the noodle and favor not even close. I am not expecting it to taste like restaurant but at least tasty. No offend just don't want anyone else to get the 'bomb'. May go amazon and check up others. Thank you uploader.

    It says Premium Noodle Soup, but really looks like any noodle soup - I wonder why are they calling it premium? I see an egg and pork belly on the label, but seemed like it was just noodles, dried onion, and seasonings. Sadly I have noticed that many items from COSTCO that say premium, seems just an excuse to charge a much higher price. I bought another brand of instant noodles at COSTCO and it turned out it was no different than the HEB .99 but was more than $2 dollar for each container. The only difference I could see was that the COSTCO one came in a nice cardboard bowl like the one in your video, and the cheap HEB ones come just wrapped in cellophane.

      Oh it’s a typical thing in Asian instant noodles actually. I am used to it since it’s a common practice. The picture is suggested serving method. Also the cup package is more expensive than bags cuz it offers convenience when you make them any where.
