- Let’s make this Umami flavoured Goat Meat stew recipe.
This story started with the Evergreen Okro soup (Fetri Toto) recipe and inspiration from the classic Ghanaian Tuo Zaafi dish.
Traditionally Tuo Zaafi comprises of Ayoyo (Molokhia/ Jute/ ADEME) sauce and a flavour packed stew which is served with a steamed pliable Corn and Cassava flour ball.
Since I had the Evergreen Okro soup, I thought why not add the Goat Meat stew and serve with Akple.
