powdered sugar 50 g
flour 170-180 g
baking powder 1/2 tsp.
a pinch of salt
1 egg
__________________
Custard;
1 egg yolk
milk 300 ml
sugar 50 g (3 tablespoons)
starch 25 g (2.5 tablespoons)
vanilla sugar 1 tsp
butter 50 g
________
bake at 220° for 10-15 minutes.
