ive watched all the videos and ive come to realize that skateboards are totally customisable from every single component. if u are a beginner, then u are screwed because everyone has a different preference. it's best just to buy something, try it and if u dont like it, change it

@@skatedeluxe hi, I would like to buy skateboard for my BF for Christmas, but I don't know what width to choose. based on your table it should be 8.125 - 8.5. should I buy him 8, 8.25 or 8.5 ? he never skated before and he said he wants it mostly for travelling few miles every day.

@@adrianakuzmikova1697 you really shouldn't be worried about Width to much, it all comes down to personal preference, a lot of people recommend starting with a 8 inch deck, its a good starting point

Was hoping this video would explain more on shapes because I bought a new board and thought it was the exact same as my old one but come to find out the tail and nose are skinnier then a 8.06 but the middle isn't I guess that's the bad part about not going into the shop to buy one so many different designes I guess.

I started skateboarding back, now I don't know what size would be good for me to buy, and I don't have a skateboard anymore. I have a size 7, 7.5 shoe size and I'm 1.67 tall. What skate number would be recommended?. Does anyone know, need help guys.

Question. 1) The board that you held in on the timecode 5.07 - can you remember the name of the board? :-) 2) Is there any board which is made 100% out of carbon fiber, and how are they?
    Thank you,.. :-)

    For big boned skaters.
    (You mean phat Kants)
So I ride 7.75 for over 20 years. But I have US10 shoes.
So I got a 8.5 and it's so odd to ride.
