I don't want mine to hang so low....what do I do with all the excess support wire when I pull them up into the base using those buttons at the bottom......can you cut the support wires to a shorter length......(not the power wired of course)?

Hi this chandelier is not compatible with the tuya app. Comes with a remote control, you can dim or brighten it by remote.

@@akeelighting4804 I have a similar looking Chandelier with a white remote that has a Wifi Symbol on it. How can I connect it to wifi? And which app would I be using?
