16 Don't Panic - 31 Days of May

Day 16 of my video series and it's been a positive day.
More than just a walk today, I took the walk earlier in the day because we had plans for this afternoon.
A bit of driving, a bit of walking and a drive through experience with anxiety.

I always hear the descriptions that you make in this "journey", it helps me to realize that after all there are more people who are just like me. The sensations, the feelings, the fears ... all the same as I feel. There is a Portuguese expression that describes what our mind does when we have too much free time for stupid thoughts: look for lice on bald heads. Basically have thoughts about everything that does not exist and that make our life miserable. I hope you understood me, my English sucks, nothing new :)
