Best Measure of Center (and Variability)

There are a few small errors in this. I must have been tired when I made this. In the beginning screen, I should have listed "Mean Absolute DEVIATION" instead of Mean Absolute Value. Also, I mistakenly said that MODE is not very good for "categorical" data when I meant to say "NUMERICAL" data. It can be used for numerical data, but doesn't give the best sense of the center or spread of it.
