I was a friend of Eddie’s. I met her at a cocktail party in Southampton, and she said I looked like her brother. I asked her if I could see her house, Gray Gardens? We drove her back to her house, which had all been cleaned up by Jackie Kennedy. We went inside, and I had my yellow Brooks Brothers poplin slacks on as soon as I walked in the door I stepped in cat turd. It’s splattered up my pants and never came out. The house was amazing, and most of the ceilings had fallen to the ground, but were removed by the time I visited. She was such an interesting, almost childlike creature. RIP Eddie

@@sherrypearson5773_Am curious the name of that other 4 buried @Grey Gardens. There were 25 named felines Little Edie listed & the others were just strays. Besides their family dog Spot Beale (he seemed a dalmatian mix), I only know their 25 y/o orange cat Champ & father Spot's dalmatian son Spot 2 were buried in the ground estate.
I would love to see Grey Gardens I'm so Obsessed with everything Grey Gardens . It's so great to hear Laughter there.

Why are some folks saying its disrespectful? Looks beautiful. I like nature and it looks cool over grown.

The garden's been all dug up and trashed since then, so it doesn't matter much...during the rebuild of the property.
