Lpt should be binned imo I really feel like you cant own a house anymore in ireland really. like if i have payed off my house with taxed money on a mortgage with interest over years why do I still need to continue to pay for it annually it's robberry!

Why NPPR is applicable only for 2009-2013?
Is mortgage interest relief applicable to BTL/Non residential property?
Does the mortgage interest relief cease the moment a resident with tax file in Ireland went to work overseas but retained her/his home (plus continued mortgage)?

Is stamp duty payable if there is a remortgage and transfer of equity in a property with a payment to a tenant in common? One tenant in common buying out the other. No sale.
