This must be so refreshing for you to see maikeru, as an OSRS player I love seeing them use tiles again and elevate them graphically. Rather than try that off tile 3D work they have done up till recently. It feels like an RS3 Corrupted Gauntlet for sure!
Yeah, its so nice and refreshing to see movement being key to PVM in this dungeon instead of just standing there and doing a rotation! Alongside the grid system too, actually really awesome to play and the best boss thats been released for a good like 5 years ngl

This looks really cool! I don't have much exposure to RS3, this might be the first RS3 video I've ever watched. The art style reminds me of Sea of Thieves. I like the gold hieroglyphs around the outside of Nakatra's platform from the ToA Kephri puzzle room

I agree, was the first time I actively played since moving to OSRS myself and I'm super pleased with how the boss dungeon worked and the mechanics etc. definitely a step in the right direction! Hope you enjoy it man 👍
im loving the new dunge. the way the mechanics are telegraphed is really nice for me. i dont boss much and im able to make it through normal mode fairly easy.

I'm clearly playing RS3 if I'm trying out the sanctum? :P I streamed it yesterday and will do so again tomorrow, should be fun! Doesn't mean I won't be playing OSRS aswell though
I just cant manage it, too many things to keep track of, the scarabs keep sneaking up on me, too busy making sure prayers are swapped, guarded against the big fight ending hits, floor tiles lighting up, i forget to trigger dps skills because of everything else, i dont understand how this is so accessible to everyone else.
Have you had much pvm experience before? If you're newer to pvm, it'll still be quite tough to learn for sure. But thankfully with the res mechanics in normal mode, it makes learning it a lot better - Many people get hard stuck on the last boss in particular
@@MaikeruRS I ended up getting the kill last night in no small part to your slowing down of mechanics and whatnot. Ive always been kind of a mid tier pvmer, some mechanics but nothing too crazy ya know, but the diary forced me into it lol, and to be fair i never really do manual combat of any kind, always revo, so having to pop more skills off along with all the mechanics compared to more simple bosses really stacked the difficulty for me.
It's pretty nice to see, although OSRS does the same! Araxxor coming out soon is an RS3 boss for example, definitely good to take the best from one another's game!

Took me 9kc on normal mode for all 3 books - they dont seem super rare!
