If I noticed that my man's mother was a meddler and he's still hanging on the apron strings, I'd RUN!!! Upon meeting me if a mom has intuition that I'm not good for her son then I'm out! Shoot that's a warning sign for me too. Some of these single mother's have held onto to theirs son's because they made the son THEIR MAN! "You the man of the house now baby." When a woman comes around they began to cling closer to their son and just interfere with the relationship. The mother begins to sabotage and undermined the relation like as if she's her son's wife and she can give him kids! Ladies if a man's mother doesn't like you I don't recommend you stay and fight for him, relationships are not competitions or a war, it will only end in failure if you continue to stay.

My husband is the baby of eight and he loves his mother, he adores her and will give our last for her but she does the same with us, my sister in laws and I have a wonderful relationship with our mother in law. She is such a precious jewel 💎❤❤ I thank God for good in laws!

I dated 2 mama's boys and both was 💩💩💩! That cord was never cut. Glad my husband's mom isn't meddling at all, and she's a second mom to me and she has 2 other sons with her husband.

Been with my husband for 10 years his mom never likes me, I let it go and remained cordial until she tried to destroy my character and tell me that I wasn’t anything until I met him, that’s right there let me know that I don’t have to have a relationship with her, that’s his mom… we don’t speak at all he visits his mom and I stay at home and his mom is not allowed at my home, I know it bothers him because he is the only child but that lady is unbearable.
I dislike putting time & energy discussing skits , but here goes , the mother need’s to backup a bit, and discuss things like this with her son, and her son alone … Fighting with the partner leads to much more drama that could be avoided, because ultimately the son has to make the choices , and she’s his mother she doesn’t own him, he’s an adult with agency over himself, and if he hasn’t figured out to flex his agency, his own mind learn how, and leave dating alone for now.
Yep, mom needs to back off! And if he can’t navigate that thing I wouldn’t want to be with him either. Family is jealous too but the Bible will make everything clear. A man shall leave his mother and father and cleave to his wife. A girl friend shouldn’t be asking for first place anyway. But if you got a man and his mom is talking like this one. You might want to pass on this relationship.

I am always begging my husband to go see his family. Then he thinks I’m trying to get rid of him . I don’t want to be around them all the time. They’re super nice. No fault at all but the constant visits just not for me. He never thinks he can go by himself!

I think there needs to mutual respect for both women. Your wife is your partner and best friend. When you get married, you become one and the mother shouldn’t want to interfere unless they don’t have too much going on.

The reason why the girlfriend recorded the situation is because that probably happens all the time and she probably got to a point to where she’s like I need to record this because a lot of times people will do that type of stuff behind closed doors and then turn around and hide what they’re doing and make it seem like the girlfriend is crazy. Or she’s overdoing it or whatever the cases. that low-key reminds me of mama Dee, and Erica Dixon how scrappy sat back and allowed his mother to call Erica out of her name.

My mother in law calls my husband at least 3 to 4 times a day and to me it’s not normal but of course he tries to downplay it. The red flags were there from the beginning but we all think we can change man we can’t it gets worse. It happens more than you think mother's sleeping with their son's special the white and Indian man it's their clutter I dated one India Chinese Afghan I found out he was sleeping with his mother, and I dated Wyclef Jean and he was sleeping with the woman who brought him up as her son only to find out later he is not her son and they had a son together, he didn't know he was adopted both this guys are gey now and this happened when I was younger from the age of 19_28.
It's not so simple what I found out is that those mother's who act like this and so attached to her son they are sleeping together even the sister's when they act like it's my brother and sticking their nose in they are sleeping together.
