I had the same problem and solved it using an instruction from a post in the net
connect the watch to the charger
the watch inter a state of emergency were all program stopped
reconnect the watch to the zepp app in your mobile phone
it will take sme time but in the end it will reconnect
from the zepp app faces chabge the watch face to something from the official zepp app faces
the watch will work fine again

Sou Marcelo, fui atualizar meu celular da xaiomi de pau no sofrer do meu relógio gtr 2 já faz um ano e não achei ninguém ainda que resolva esse problema, vc conseguiu resolver o problema do seu?

Resolvi fazer aquele teste do frizer, aquele que coloca ele numa tapauer e coloca no frizer por 10 minutos não é que deu certo, voltou a funcionar

@@marcelosartori6445 infelizmente não. Resolvi abrir e retirar a placa que fica entre a tela e a bateria, seguindo o que falaram em outro vídeo que poderia ser problema de solda. Então retirei a placa e enrolei com papel alumínio e botei no forno a 180 graus por 20 minutos deixando lá sem mexer até esfriar e ele voltou a funcionar normal porém depois de uns 20 dias deu o mesmo problema. Com certeza são as soldas do processador, não tem conserto. Já procurei no Aliexpress mais não tem para vender a placa. Decepção com o modelo .

Make what i say for fix the problem ..
1. Open the Battery Cover and then remove your watch battery .
2. Take Hair dryer and make it on then make board from your watch for 10 bis 15 sec hot .
3. Make Battery back and make your watch on
