Another way of looking at this is that its actually great news, you have created something that is clearly in demand, and hopefully a very nice side line to what else you do. Expanding the servicing is key, and hopefully will create an extra revenue stream for you, which can only lead to other projects. Keep up the work and great content congrats buddy.
I blinked and missed them, we need to see a PNP on order. I hear that the UM has a old unit going cheep, or is it plop as the components hit the carpet. Sorry :)
Just added my name to the Tindie list. I am building a simpler board with an ESP32 Pico but this looks great and capacitive touch will be really nice compared to resistive touch. I am surprised at the price though, I am guessing you will have to increase the price unless you are going to work for free :-).
I wasn't making a lot of profit. But now things are being assembled by a CM, I might have to up the price a bit. I really don't like doing that, but I'll wait for the final cost and then decide. I hope you get an email soon saying it is in stock! :)

Thanks @Binary Bug! I'm am absolutely excited and it is great news! I need to switch gears though :)
Awesome plan !
Awesome!!
Awesome, quite overwhelming and kinda scary!

Thanks, but I'll pass! :D

Another option can be to sell it disassembled. Great work by the way, 💯
It is an option, but it is pretty difficult for people to solder at home...
@@DustinWatts correctly packing it as a kit and providing accurate instructions would be as much work as assembling them
I personally suck at soldering and won't be able to do it. Definitely 0 experience with surface mount components
Nice! Added myself to the list
I hope you won't be on the list long! :D
Hey great job on all your sales!
Thanks @leo!
200 wow
Some day you will be unexpected maker v2.0 wirh your own pnp 😅
Although I'd love to have a pnp, I can't justify the costs. On the other hand... for most things I buy I can't justify the costs :)
Sell the parts, I want to do it myself 😂
It is all open source, have the PCB’s made, order the parts and you can make one! :)
