    Hi Guys,
Question about Zack J's 1910 cart bridging problem. Did you test the front cartridge assembly for air leakage by removing the tank pressurization hose and feeling for air leaking past the metering roll? Test statically at different degrees of rotation? This is the highest wear item in the system correct? Sure sounds like there is airflow anomaly interfering with the fert filling the rotor pockets. The new meter on the back tank never had any problem, correct? This is a cliffhanger that must be solved!

i'll have to check with Jesse but I think we have ruled that out. I have an idea that we could change his blockage sensors to a larger size and see if its not due to back pressure. Its odd that it works great some days and then gives fits the next. I agree we must solve but I wonder if he still has the patience for that machine - we will see! -Matt

The season has to end on a high note once in a while. I thought the bridging was a problem prior to the blockage monitors? Try swapping fert and see if the DAP bridges? I assume both metering rolls are configured the same? How many different ways can the meter rolls be assembled wrong without realizing it?@@RedEAg
