  • Boot Camp week 3 workout 1 and we are kicking off with Chest And Tricep Workout At Home With Dumbbells focused workout. But before the chest and tricep workout, we are kicking off with some Tabata training to get the heart rate up, a sweat on and to burn some calories
    This week, let's again if possible increase those weights just a little bit , just to make it even tougher than last week and a little progression

    As with every Zeus workout , I always recommend warming up and doing some dynamic stretching before hand. Even if it is only 5 minutes and we have you covered there
