This is an amazing bike for its price but mine came in with uneven front fork (possibly got damaged during shipping). Thankfully Engwe have an amazing customer service they sent me a replacement fork within two weeks. Sadly, the replacement fork was also uneven and there are clear signs of damage on the packaging. Now I'm waiting for Engwe to speak with their technical team for this issue.

Hello. I see that you know Engwe electric bicycles well. I want to buy one, but I have no way to try them. That's why I would appreciate it if you could advise me on a model. I tell you my needs. I am 70 years old and I am 5'5". I weigh 70 kg. I want it to walk, mainly on steep mountain trails. I don't need speed, but I do need it to be able to climb steep trails without having to pedal.
