Cab Ride on The Polar Express

Hey everybody, it’s big Diehl, and today, we’re going to the North Pole on the REAL Polar Express. And when I say the North Pole, it’s the real one, not one of those fake ones, through the power of magic, we get on the real Polar Express as it takes off from Durango Colorado At the Century old train depot of the famous Durango and Silverton narrow gauge railroad. Now you might say that this is just the same Denver and Rio Grande Western steam train that takes passengers up to Cascade Canyon… but it’s not! Nope, this is the ACTUAL Polar Express people, and we’re taking it all the way to the REAL North Pole and back. We hop aboard the locomotive for a cab ride in this authentic locomotive that magically whisks us from the San Juan and La Plata range of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains across the Arctic Circle to that workshop full of Saint Nicholas’ elves.
Grab your hot chocolate, as we have ours, it was warmed by the magical fire of the firebox of this magnificent locomotive. Have your ticket punched by that Tom Hanks esque conductor that commands this train and takes our hero child to experience the magic.
