I love the traditional Italian houses, nevertheless this house is unique in it's nature. The light reflecting walls and the coolness is like a bridle gown. It has a bit of Dubai vibe too....

I have been waiting for this tour since I saw the property on Instagram. This property has shot past all my favourite modern Romolini properties by far, just the size of the plot is the only thing I could find to criticise it. But then again, lake side land is limited and very expensive. The views are to die for !
It is not often that I like ultra modern architecture. But this place is beautiful and amazing. Half reason I watch this channel is to see what Mr Romolini is wearing. Love Italian fashion.

Looks so similar to my area on west coast Canada :) I wonder Danilo if you ever get tired of seeing so much 'luxury' and have developed a desire for simplicity. I used to be a landscaper on high end properties and after many years of it I got disgusted at how much money was spent on areas that are of no practical use whatsoever. It's a lovely house, but what a lot of upkeep and responsibility!
