Trains In && Near Bakersfield pt 1

  • So folks pretty simple; this video and the part 2 is just trains I spotted around Bakersfield, California. Near the BNSF crew change terminal at Bakersfield, trains move slowly heading east towards the UP Mojave Sub due to the main line authority being restricted limits. What that means is that train crews must be ready to stop short of any kind of obstacle/obstruction in their path. Ergo, trains move slowly so that they are able to stop without impacting anything. Nevertheless folks, enjoy the video, enjoy the trains, and of course let's have fun!

      Thanks for watching & its the least I can do and I'm glad you enjoyed it. Personally I can never get over railfanning. It's quite fun. Plus for the reason you just stated is another reason to get out and railfan.! I'll be posting like 20 ish photos of some weathered/graffiti cars I've found here pretty soon. Itll be on my ig page.
