I forgot to mention a lot of stuff. *ONE BIG CHANGE now in cata is that if you spam dispel magic it would use the gdcd even tho you have nothing to dispel on the target.

Thank you for the video, Hozito! I never knew about the ! in the front of a macro to be able to spam the ability! I've lost several mass dispels over time that this would have fixed. Your BiS list saved me a lot of time in Cata also.

Haven't played arena in maybe 5 years
It may be insignificant, but in the shadow pre-BiS you can switch the 50 spen blue gem from gloves and blue socket 40 resi gem from belt for two 20 resi + 25 spen for 20 intellect bonus from socket colors. I appreciate all the info an effort you put into this, papi.

pro tip if ur dispersing for mana make sure you hymn first at least untill you get the buff that increases ur max mana so ur disp gives u more than it should

I know you main priest, but watching you play rogue in wotlk was great. IMO you are one of the cleanest rogue players out there. If you are going to play it in cata, please make videos of it :) Not necessarily a guide, but some 2s or something.

Do you have to be in shadowform for fade to drop the slow or movement impaired effects in cata?
Also you mentioned it several times to SWD on cd. If glyphed would you want to put it on cd vs mage if they are trying to cc or do you use 1 for mana and pocket for inc scatter/poly/blind break?
no you don't have to be in shadowform, i mean depends of the matchup ofc, if u wanna break cc with it then yeah hold it is better

This is a controversial take, but I think Belf is nice as Horde for Discipline. I love the mana, and the silence into PI MC or Belf on a blanket silence is really cool.

i am confused now :D wasn´t cata the addon where everyone went for big holy fire + smite damage with the glyphs and everything (plus atonement) and was healing a lot with greater heal?^^ this guide recommends the opposite of what was meta i think? i was playing a defensive build like this back then but i remember being one of the only discs doing so :D
don't think it is worth it imo.
There are so many classes with kicks you don't really want to hard cast holy spells for damage, and greater heal rarely if you can afford the long cast time and have Inner Focus up to prevent getting kicked/silenced. Atonement is not worth to get for the previous reason and you would also need to sacrifice much valuable talents for it. If you want to do damage, use mind spike and mind blast so even if you get kicked you can still use holy spells and able to heal as well

Shadow gets trained a lot, Tauren is the best defensive option. Talbadar played tauren all Cata in blizzcon tournaments.
