The Riddler Thug’s gun turning Batman into Baron Harkonen in the DOS/SNES version is unsettling body horror. I thought when thug 2 hit him, his body would explode for an instakill. Probably would have made it a 17 rating though.
The Genesis/Megadrive version is the only one where each character is rotating on the character selection screen. It looks so cool. Also, as far as I can see, Two-Face is only selectable in this version. Strange. And, in terms of actual gameplay, Sega destroys Snes, as always (I have both). Don't know about Dos version.
Can't belive all the love the SEGA Genesis port got from the devs, it has the features that the DOS port should have included by default. All the hate this game got overall was because of the SNES port and that's unfair imo.

Mega Drive wins on presentation and sound. Glad I was a Sega owner

I'm unfamiliar with the differences apart from the dis having the sonar suit and better Robin suit
Oh my favorite weapon is ELECTRIC PELLET on Batman Forever on SNES.
Genesis version is much better, by far.

in MSdos character's animation and details are better compared to snes and md
I like the game of Batman Forever on SNES and my favorite character is Batman I like punch him kick him and upper cut and lower kick and high kick.
