So i have this piercing so I can describe. It looks painful but id say it’s only a four on a scale of 1-10. It stings like if you got a paper cut or a cat scratch but a bit more intense. Generally your eyes will sting and you’ll get some tears but you won’t actually cry because it’s just not bad enough to warrant crying, at least in my experience

I did two lip piercings 5 days ago and i was nervous 😂😂😂 I even asked for a few seconds to take a deep breath but after the first needle passed throught i was like "oh, not as bad as i was thinking... please go on with the second one now :)".
My body piercer explained to me that althought it seems like a sensitive area, around the mouth is mostly skin so it's not that painful, and she was totally right. You should totally do it, i SO promise you it hurts less than you think! 4 out of 10 on a pain scale, i did Angel Fangs and have zero regrets.
I'd say go for it the only really painful oral piercings are cheeks and dahlia bites but that's just because of how thick the tissue is

Do it!!! I got mine this week and it barely hurts, I swear. Like 3/10 on a pain scale. It just feels like a pinch for about one second (then it's sore for a few days ofc, but the piercing itself barely hurts).
Just be sure to eat well before you go!! I didn't eat because I was nervous and I passed out as soon as I stood up afterwards and the piercer had to catch me😅

Everybody talking about how it hurts to get a piercing. Nobody talks about how it hurts to get your teeth pulled.
I’ve only had one tooth pulled b4 (with a numbing shot) and it wasn’t bad at all (probably because it was numb) but I definitely do think piercings hurt more than any dental work (besides tongue piercing )

The only painful part of ANY piercing is when they put the balls on. It's impossible to stabilize and screw on a little ball without moving the piercing around.
True! Tbh the initial push thru with the needle isn't near as bad as when they put the piercing itself in (in my opinion) tho

As a person with 16 piercings, I agree. Except nipnops. My goodness. Childbirth was less painful 😂 she lost the fkn needle and they had to shove the bar in before it closed on the first one, and I demanded a new person to do the other cause I'm pretty sure she was twacked out or feigning for something. Do. Not. Get. piercings from shady places. Lesson learned the hard way 😂

If you are twelve I recommend starting off with a septum or nostril piercing! I got my nostril pierced and belly button when I was 12.
I was 12 when i got my first ever piercings and it was 1 whole in each of my ears and let me tell you for ears it doesn’t hurt it is quick but other parts look a little painful I mean that is all the piercings I have but still

I desperately want shark bites but I'm so scared of like, the entire process. Also I bruise easily (and just like, get purple easily around my mouth)and I'm scared of looking like I got beat up while healing. Lip piercings have my heart but they just look so painful to me lol

@@lakishalaster5584 I’ve had my ears pierced multiple times the lobe and the lip are both about the same with pain level.. I have over 20 piercings.. I know what’s what . Cartilage piercings of the ear hurt more than the lip but not the lobe .. unless you went to Claire’s accessories and got done with a gun ,

@@spotsandstripes2 no my lip piercing hurted when he put the needle through my lip it hurts everybody’s pain tolerance is different I have a low pain tolerance and honey I did most of my ears piercings myself as a teenager it’s not nearly as bad as the lip piercing that shit hurt for real I did 7 piercings with my ears by myself piercing it with a whole earring and pushing it through it wasn’t really that bad but the lip that shit hurts

No tats, no piercings, no drugs, no unnecessary sex tho I was doing my own thing so I gotta cross that one off but I didn't engage overly in sex...I wouldn't consider myself plain at all I did have style just didn't find it necessary to be at odds with my parents nor did I need tats or piercings to fit in or feel a certain way or potray anything...hence the calm in my younger years
I dont think teens that have no social problems or family problems opt to do things to their body thats usually irreversible...the thought wouldn't be their in the first place cause they have no real stimuli in my case and a few other people ik

Just got mines done today. It honestly wasn't terrible, maybe a tad "spicier" than when I got my eyebrow pierced, and I definitely needed the paper towel the piercer gave me for the potential drool.

Well at least for me... i have a decent amount of piercings and as soon as my latest one heals I allready have another one in mind lmao 😅 but tbh it's all in how you personally handle pain, some are good with the pain that comes with piercings and others aren't so honestly it doesn't matter how better or worse it feels on someone else it's all in how you handle things.. so dont take my word for it completly 😊 but if you do decide to do it, it's so worthit!!

I’m obsessed with the needle it was so relaxing when I got my snake bites going on two months I had em no complaints the healing and aftercare was horrible but I’m happy I got my lip pierced best decision ever piercer was pretty nice she was rlly sweet and I could tell she was a professional talked me right through it, it’s cake just get out ya head and go for it if you interested in piercing my body responded beyond my beliefs really well to the distress that’s added to the area but pain for me was 1 or 2 on the pain scale 😊

Nope as this can bugger up the enamel on the teeth .. I got a central vertical lip piercing instead .. before they became common tho .. no tooth contact, no tooth damage 😊

@@ar433new6 depends on placement.. if it rubs on the gum it can cause gum erosion which can cause tooth loss .. plus acrylic is know to hold on to bacteria more than metal which is why it shouldn’t be used in an unhealed piercing .. a labret which has a flat back is a better option than a ball but still has a degree of risk to it .. the vertical piercing is external of the mouth on both ends of the piercing so is virtually 100% safe unless the client takes to chewing on the ball that sits on the lip

@@ar433new6 it’s up to you.. some people get away with it depending on their personal anatomy and the location of the piercing in relation to their anatomy .. short term they are probably ok .. but if kept for 40years+ (I have some piercings that old😜) then damage may occur ..not all damage is done in a short period of time .. but a v slight abrasion repeated continuously builds up like drips can create a puddle ..
ultimately the decision is up to the individual..

A mí me gusta mi cuerpo, piercings solamente son una manera de decorar mis partes favoritos (como orejas o nariz). Es una expresión de yo y la mayoría de la gente que tiene piercings actualmente le gusta su cuerpo :D Y sí, se paga un piercer porque son profesionales 💀 (Aunque yo también me he hecho piercings xd) Y "lastimar" es un poquito extremo, es un agujero pequeño y siempre se puede sacar el piercing. No creo en Dios, porque incluso si no creo que es una manera de irrespetar tu cuerpo, es tasarlo (lo siento mucho para mi Español, estoy aprendiendo y no tengo el vocabulario más grande 😅)

I am 14 and i have a total of 7 piercings 6 ear piercing and a nose piercing which i recently got . The nose piercing was painful bit eventually the pain goes away bit the ear piercing it feels like burning but it was 👍 okay
