I'm surprised she didn't fight back sooner. That mom is pathetic taking the fact that her man don't want her any longer out on her own daughter. It's even sadder that the staff is there every day watching that woman abuse. I was hoping the FL got in more solid licks.
This is ***so*** much better than the translation of the novel Ru Yue by Ni Luo, the book this drama is based on. Maybe in the original Chinese the book is good but this is much more engaging and the characters more compelling.
