Glad im not the only one looking for automation. Some reason most the companies talk to are not pushing for it for some reason and or few that try few parts they don't seem that interested in selling it. They show some parts of automation but then they lack understanding it or what could change every thing if one finds a way to get to the point having as full automation as possible. Oh and trying to figure out what expos are worth going to seems to be a challenge end up finding out about them after. This expo/show looks like would been good one to go to.
Screen printing is for the professionals and quality printers and D.T.F is for the crafters or businesses that can get away with selling a quick and cheaper temporary print for the customers that doesn't care about the quality.
Sorry to say this but nothing will ever beat screen printing. you do more work D.T.F printing than screen printing you gotta print it than cure it than press it and press it again and it still feels like a thick contractor bag plastic thickness is the same sucks
Everything has a process… DTF can be automated for everything you just named print powder shake and heat an assembly. However… unlike screen printing, you have the ability to do gang sheets. That alone has disrupted screen printing. It’s ok if you like the screw driver but don’t diss the drill… 🫵🏽🤷🏽♂️
If some could invent a D.T.F machine that will be like D.T.G printer or screen printer than you'll have something. I just can't believe people just don't know i noticed till after they bought clothing done with D.T.F printing and was like why does it feel like a garbage bag and that sound of cheapness I try to tell people don't do it I fell pray to the cheap stuff that's why it died in the 80's lol it was cheap than and the same now but people are desperate to make money even it they ruin their own name. Do it right the first time let the crafters use D.T.F real Professional's won't use it they know what I'am saying

When you repress with Teflon for 5 seconds it feels like screen printing very soft to the touch….
