I am a big fan, an user, of BENRO products, including a carbon fiber FIF28C tripod (with a IB2 ball head) and a FH100M2 100mm system with filters. BENRO quality is extremely high. The features of this new roadtrip tripod are amazing. For sure this will be my second BENRO tripod! Let´s go!
Looks like a great deal of interesting features added since I bought the carbon fiber Backpacker tripod a while back. I was wondering if there could be further explanation about the additional pan lock on the QR plate..?
This additional pan allows you to lock the ball and still pan the top plate. It is ideal when you have an unlevel tripod, then you level and lock the ball and you will have a level pan if you pan from the top plate. If you panned an unlevel tripod from the base of the ball head you would have a pan that followed the unlevel tripod.

Is the bento roadtrip pro QR plate arca swiss compatible? I want to get an L bracket for my R6 and I have this tripod. TIA.
Yes, the ball head on the RoadTrip Pro is Arca plate compatible.
is it possible for you to sell a fluid head to interchange with this tripod for when people want to switch to videography?
Yes, the head is removeable. The S2Pro would be a good match for this tripod.

Is it Arca Swiss comparable?
The RoadTrip Pro is Arca compatible.
Looks like a well-designed tripod, but next time maybe hire a camera operator who knows how to use their gimbal?
