Nicole should stop chasing after Chrishell. She’s making an issue that happened 3 years ago, she presents herself as cheap. She’s been working there for the longest time and supposed to be acting mature and professional.

Lol, but that is part of a managers job. You’re supposed to manage the team and make sure people are professional and work together well as a team.
Clearly we don’t know what managers do. If personal issues spill into the office the manager 100 percent needs to fix that. Mary is not ready for manager status.
Nicole and Amanza just needs to stop creating drama when chrishell doesn't want it. Chirshell is the mature one. I would be happy if chrishell did leave the show, she can do what's right for her. LOL how is Amanza creating anything? She is the only levelheaded one 😂😂😂 Chrishell is a witch that knows EXACTLY what she is doing. Don t get fooled by that ridiculous smile😂 I hope she gets sued back and forth for consistently claiming she KNOWS for sure someone was a junkie. Imagine being that claimed about you. JUST IMAGINE. On national TV!!! I would drag her to court in an heartbeat and publicly televise THAT!!!! The only drama queens were in fact Chrishell, Chelsea and Emma. In that order 😂

My Broker had a fit when we said, “ We have a deal.” Her standpoint on using the word “deal,” was it sounds CHEAP!!
She taught her sales staff to always use “TRANSACTION” because it sounds WAY MORE PROFESSIONAL.
I agree! Every time I hear one of Jason’s sales staff use “ deal,” I cringe.
Especially because they have really high end buyers. It’s important to speak in a more professional manner. 😊
Jason says "Cameras add fuel to the fire." He should seriously wake up to the possibility that booze adds fuel to the fire.

Why? The problem is when someone uses their power over their subordinates to make them do things they aren't comfortable with. He hasn't done that at all, he was actually in love with Chrishell and wanted to marry her but she wanted kids and he didn't feel ready to have kids yet. That's not a "using my power to f my subordinates" kind of a situation lol
This show should be called
Selling Gossip. Instead. of Selling Sunset

That business with Nicole and Krisha about 3 years ago that was beauty a Dead Horse It was pointed out that Chris shell never got any money somebody No Men would ever put up with this argument
Jason O is a terrible manager. I know Selling Sunset is about edited filming to show cat fights among "the girls" but if this is how he truly manages his firm, it sucks. By not stepping in during these disputes, he becomes the master manipulator at stirring drama. I hate to go all preachy, but the show has become nauseatingly sexist with all the cliche girl cliques and drama....I'm over it.
I did not watch this season but am trying to figure out what he is actually well known for? 🤔 to me the show was great at showing off luxury homes and the competitiveness of the biz but he is just not a very colorful guy
It's not sexist at all. The women fight with each other, and Nicole threw sexist comments at Chrishell hence no one liking her. But that's it.
@@SeeWonderHaveLive he's a really talented and hard working real estate agent/broker, but also he's just a super loveable guy. Hard to explain without watching the show because it sounds like "he dates all his employees, must be using his power over them to manipulate them" but there's nothing like that going on at all
Is Jason creating new offices to expand his business or because he ran out of women to date in LA.
That was my biggest doubt, If they dressed like that every single day of their lives, also the make up and hairstyles are perfect. Would they go to the supermarket like this also? it would be exhausting for me 😂😂😂
