Prayers for her complete recovery. Very serious condition rarely talked about. Our family has been going through this since Christmas '23. Same, thinking it was a sciatic nerve in the back. Was off antibiotics for 3 months and it returned. Now on them for life at 48 years old.

VERY SADD
This happened to me in May, came from my left ankle (I had surgery in March on my ankle) I collapsed at home 2 days after a dr. appt. I had to have a below the knee amputation and back surgery. I was out of it for a week from infection and sedation. I was on IV antibiotics for 4 months and oral antibiotics for 2 months. I just left rehab yesterday. I have a prosthetic and have to be checked for infection every other month.
