    G canproduce all the strings having same number of a's & b's are correct. Because it may not produce them in contiguous manner & the word " contiguous " is not mentioned in the phrase.

      contiguous is also included in all, all means universal set of strings generated by the grammar

    Why 2nd STATEMENT is false ???? The GRAMMER always generates a STRING , where the nuber os as & bs are same , how can it be wrong ?
