1989 Brenden Byrne Arena Apostolic Crusade

- On June 10, 1989, the Church Of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, inc. and the Bibleway Churches of Our Lord Jesus Christ sponsored a joint organizational fellowship crusade bringing more than 20,000 Pentecostal Apostolic participants. Bishop Smallwood E. Williams served as the Chief Apostle and Bishop W. L. Bonner served as the Presiding Apostle to produce this blessed event at the Brendan Byrne Arena in Rutherford, New Jersey. The digitized video of this event goes into the new Contender for the Faith History Channel founded and implemented by Dr. Robert C. Spellman. Dr. Spellman served as a key coordinator along with Bishops James I. Clark, Jr., Bishop Ronald Carter, Bishop Robert Sanders, Bishop Wilbur Jones,, Bishop Walter Jackson, Bishop Henry A. Moultrie II,, Bishop Henry Ross, Bishop Gentle Groover, Bishop Frank Solomon and Bishop Wilbur Jones.
Bibleway Bishops included Bishop Smallwood E. Williams, Bishop Lawrence Campbell, Bishop Huie Rogers, Bishop Jonathan Brown, and Bishop Franklin Pettiford.
The keynote was presented by Bishop W. L. Bonner on "The Revolution of Pentecost Must Continue". A three hundred voice choir and thousands of Missionaries were a part of this great event. Visiting Bishops include Bishop Liston Page, Presider of the Highway Deliverance churches, Bishop Tyson of the P.A. Of W. and a host of guest pastors, organizational leaders and friends
