I NEED this. I had a drain inatalled in front of my door AND bought a water pump - STILL it was NOT enough. I STILL get water coming in EVERY time we gat a flash flood.
i want to know if there's any way these could help in a basement that sometimes floods in certain areas (to contain or divert water). i guess i’m also looking for something that could soak up a lot of water that's coming in along edges or even the floor after a storm...
These are amazing for preventing water from coming into the basement. I place them on the outside and the inside of the area where the water normally comes in.

Another video said it degrades over time. Can be left in place for 6 months of protection.
