How crazy good is Moriah’s voice? Also, Birbs.
@matthorndrums Yes if you made an Aleratec style swivel base stand I would buy it 100% … 12”????
I'll be at tonight's show in Toledo
It's worth the wait Matt. Great content like this can't be rushed. Stupid question I think, but how do you know what to bungee?
Sticks ASMR. 😂😂😂
Thanks for the love dude! Happy to have you guys out on this run with us!
Thanks for sharing that kit with us!
@@GardenShackGlass of course!
I'm loving this shit bro!
@@DavidNesterDrumslike dude, all of that hardware is cool. Ngl. how long you've been setting up the 8 piece kit for during soundcheck?
@@Rusli1659LPSoldier this is my second year working for them. I usually have to set up and do all the maintenance just like Matt does for Luke and then souncheck. So it’s daily that I set it up, the whole 9 piece kit gets set up and torn down daily.
What a lovely chorus of birds chirping that night… so peaceful… 😂

8:16 Don't underestimate your audience, I'm sure there's more than 2 of us that got the EFT joke, personally found it hilarious. And honestly feels sort of fitting too!
I hadn't made the link, I really thought it was for Failing in reverse
Maybe we'll see a T.H.I.C.C hardware case in a future vid
and he will probably fill it with gear that he will never use.
Damn gear fear
Agreed
i got it
The OG is back! I don't know if you know (which I think you do) but you've inspired so much drum POV content over the past months is insane. Good for you! Hope everybody is giving you the shoutout.
David Nester is one of the nicest guys I've known now for 10 years.

Enjoy hearing you doing voiceovers during set ups, etc. Gives better context to all of your prep work and why you do certain things. Really enjoy the channel, looking forward to what's in store this year.
And yes, chicken thighs all day long vs. chicken breast! Lol
Start to finish crew all the way
I find your videos very relaxing and cool. I love the laid-back and simplistic editing and the wonderful CC

Just watched this video today. It was the first time I’ve ever watched your channel. I’ve watched 6 more already. I love it.
I played in high school and always loved and been curious about drumming and everything to do with a big rock show touring.
This is the best.

Always a Start to Finish crew member. Man I love these videos! It was super cool to see you interact with David and give us a look at Mike's kit. I like that you're talking a bit more in this one, I usually half-watch longer videos while also doing other stuff so having more to listen to is always a good thing.

Great episode, this video has four of my favorite things, drums, OKC Thunder Basketball and Disturbed and bird sounds:)

Thanks for the bonus footage of the Disturbed kit was cool. Mike is a beast of a player 🥁
Great video and great work! A lot of knowledge of the professional touring landscape. Personally I love the "silent" footage (still many sounds everywhere) and the CC for all the information.
Love these vids a lot. I normally just run them on repeat for ambience but lemme tell ya. Falling asleep to Disturbed soundcheck and waking up to DMCA-proof bird sounds is a trip.
Start to finish crew! 🔥
Being there in person was amazing, great work
Start to finish baby🤘🏻
Start to Finish! Great to see you back Matt, and I'm glad to see that someone in FIR is a death metal fan!
Mad respect for the grind dude!!!! This content is dope hope my band makes it this big!!!
First time catching your videos...loved it. I'm an old retired dude now but was a drummer in local bands around St. Louis in the 90's. Looking forward to more of your posts. Great job, all the way around.
Start to finish crew and cc on crew. Love your vids man!
Feels good seeing new POVs
