Hi Jena, the new highlights were not on my radar until I saw your video! I just ordered 2 shades (enlighten and mesmerize). At the time of this post, all of the shades are still in stock on the Kohl’s website (Sephora at Kohl’s).
I have the Rare Beauty liquid highlighter in Mesmerize and it doesn't show up on me. These intrigue me though. I might buy one and try it. Always wanted to try Rephr brushes. Thanks for the opportunity!!

I think it’s great that rare beauty offers great products at a more affordable price point. The highlighters look very pretty.
It reminds me of the Becca highlighters. I miss them, so this sounds like a good alternative. Super reflective.
