I've just repaired my watch band with a hot glue gun. My problem was where the buckle is. The leather band gets looped through the buckle and then fastened to the same part -- in a loop. It had stitching there too but I was too lazy to do that, so I tried the hot glue and it seems to be holding really well. You just have to have the gun on the highest setting so the glue is very hot and runny. Once you've applied the glue, I hold and push the two pieces together until the glue cools -- about a minute or so. I don't know if this will last a very long time, but for now, it's very solid. I wouldn't use super glue for this type of repair, it's way too brittle and does not flex well -- it actually cracks and crumbles. Cheers

Hi Ron, There are several types of glue that you can use including a 2-part jewelers epoxy that we offer on our website. With this video, we tried to make it simple using superglue (most people have at home). Thanks for watching :)
