- Lilly Etzenbach is a French and German alumna interested in videography. She interviewed students during the Frontiers of Science and Technology session last July, asking participants what makes YYGS unique and what they like most about the program.
I just got accepted for YYGS Biological and Biomedical Science session 2020.. and I’m stoked 🙌🏼

@@user-fr9ec4xq1e I applied Early Action, so decisions came out by Dec 22. Since I applied to a STEM-focused session, in the first 500 word essay I talked about my STEM ECs as well as how I value global citizenship. For the other essays just make sure what you write is unique to you.

I’m Thoriq, an Indonesian student who is currently applying for the YYGS program.
Time is getting closer to the deadline, so I have to finish the application as soon as possible. I do really need some helping information from you and some of your previous experiences and backgrounds from you when applying.
There’s just 6 days left, and I got stuck in the essays and those fast-take responses. I saw your comment on a video on RUclips and I knew that you have been accepted, that’s really amazing!
Since you’ve been accepted, I believe that you have written some of the best essays along with its writing techniques and ways. Would you send me a transcript of your essays and responses to me to catch a glimpse of your writing skills and competences, of course I won’t plagiarize your work as that will deny my application to be reviewed. I just want to see your techniques and methods as I don’t really understand what the application really means for the essay topics.
