The way these should've been pickled is different. They shouldn't be adding pickles to syrup, they should instead be pickling the cucumbers themselves inside the flavoring liquid, mixing some real fruit juice and acid together with partial syrup in the mix so that it's sweet but not too sweet so that it actually pickles effectively with the fruit flavor without it tasting like pickles mixed with syrup. They could use either apple cider vinegar, lemon or lime juice, grapefruit juice, tart cherry juice, white grape juice, or even pineapple juice. Things that have acidity in them so the cucumbers pickle without having to use regular white vinegar and/or pickle spices.
Chili mango would've been good

Lemon ginger or peach ginger
Mint and white grape
Cinnamon and apple cider vinegar
I think doing this would've yielded better results at making a unique flavor profile and a new variety of candy like pickles that isn’t just sweet relish syrupey pickles.
