    This strength workout will engage all the major muscle groups in your lower body, resulting in a shredded and toned physique. I recommend using a 5 kg dumbbell, but you can easily modify the weight to suit your fitness level.
    Don't worry if you don't own a dumbbell, you can substitute it with a water bottle or any other household item that has a bit of weight to it. This workout is perfect for anyone looking to get a lean and defined body while also shedding unwanted weight.
