I run dry van but I don't mind parking next to a reefer. Noise relaxes me and puts me to sleep, it's like a lullaby 😅

I didn’t love the fluctuating schedules of pickup and deliveries but the thing I hated about reefer was some live loads / unloads would have me in a dock sometimes 8-12 HOURS or longer

Wild Beard! We ride at Dawn! In Omaha right now. Heading to Indianapolis at 3 AM. I’m finishing my first week with my trainer, 1 week to go buddy. It’s been a long 2 and a half months since starting cdl school, choosing my company I’m driving for, what division, on boarding, sim training, driving with a trainer, 1 more week. 1 more week and I’ll have my own truck. Thanks for your insight and sharing with us and inspiring others. I truly appreciate it. We ride at dawn and maintain our lane bro. Nice job by the niece. Tell her Johnny said thanks.

I used to get mad when people blasted the horn like that. But now I realize that it's just better to drive during daylight, to not fall asleep. I haven't driven for 3 years. After 17 years at PRIME. I miss those years, but I see how screwed the industry went and I feel blessed to not have a job now.
