Good recipe :) I used 3 Crabs brand fish sauce and Serrano peppers. Took about 2 limes to get 4 Tbsp Paired it with Imperial rolls over rice noodle salad.
Do you see the problem she had squeezing those limes? She also didn't get as much juice out of them as she could have. The solution to both of these problems is amazingly simple: cut your lime wedges into QUARTERS and then squeeze those. The smaller objects are _much_ easier to crush in the citrus squeezer, which also means you can really crush those quarters flat and yield the maximum amount of juice.
Recipe
