I never understand what is the phase 2 of Sans is that, could someone explain and what it is his power?

I mean sans fight divides on 2 parts serious and basic.
Basic is the normal genocide route and serious is after the spare cutescene in this he will blind the player for half a second before launching a atack that will require fast reaction.
Now on sans power he seems to be able to remember timelines his bases stats are only 1 making him the weakest monster with 1 hp 1 atack and 1 defense still he dodges atacks unlike most monsters.He seems to ignore imunity frames making it deal a lot more dps than most monsters this could be because of his ability called KR or karma this adds posion damage to his base damage if the enemie has a high amount of LV
Now on teory sans only fights on genocide because with the inmunity frames he would only do 1 damage per hit making him a unable to do enough to stop you.
In general sans is really weak if he had to fight someone like undyne or toriel he will lose unless he can get a betrayal atack but on evil people he is really strong.

If you are talking about the fangame sans realises that he is the weakest and his effort will be in vain but he realises that if bad karma exists then good karma should exist too because of that he decides to use his own ability on himself
If bad karma deals damage what would good karma do? Well because the fangame is not finished we can only speculate what this phase is.
T1 Sans healed himself.
T2 Sans sans damaged himself but traded it for strengh(in this case it could mean this would be a last stand like in last breath sans fighting till he gets out of power.)
T3 Sans like he said tricked the sistem and maybe got help from someone else.
