Listen to the Surat rahman qari basit 3 times a day for 7 consecutive days.
Before listening
Close your eyes
Present yourself in the court of God Almighty
Then listen to it with great concentration with closed eyes (keep eyes closed until the recitation is finished)
When the recitation is finished
Open your eyes and take half glass of water
Close your eyes again and say “ALLAH” thrice quietly in your heart with full engrossment
Then drink the water with closed eyes in three sips
i was having a panic attack until i started listening to this, in about 3 minutes i finally calmed down and almost fell asleep listening to this, alhamdulilah ❤

I'm depressed bcz people Around me aren’t too good me in my University. Recently something really bad happened, I was blamed for something I haven’t done. Suicide or giving up is not the solution. Instead of seeing the negative side of your life see the positive side you already did so many stuff for you to make you stand here just few more steps left. Don't give up and whenever you have thoughts like this just take 3 deep breath and say to yourself that yes I can do it don't loss hope . Pray share your things to allah he will definitely listen you and guide you towards your goals.

Please don't, it's not your life to take. Only God gives and God takes. This is just a temporary life, please do not sacrifice it for the internal one. Taking your own life is a one way ticket to hell.

Please keep me in your prayers and pray for me to heal this last week I’ve been dealing with my bad mental health been loosing sleep Navi and fourth and start to throw up once or twice every food I ate and I think it’s anxiety or depression mixed and it’s been out of control I’ve been going to doctor back and fourth and they said nothing wrong me with hope I can heal

Please pray for me. I was adopted into a Christian reformed family but I never felt the connection to the religion like I did when I was introduced to Islam. Please pray that I can open to my family about my beliefs (they will not agree, I am very scared about it.) I also have a lot of personal stress and anxiety currently. Would love some prayer.
