I came to share my sad here..but after reading my bros and sis comments what should I post...keep faith in Allah..since one month I was having high bp and I stop to use salty things but today my mom put lots of salt in curry then I got high bp..but after listening this really im ok now Alhamdulillah..im muslim 10 yrs
