The way we conduct ourselves really plays a role in how other people receive the gospel or perceive Christianity. Thank you for the remainder. Baby is so adorable❤️I love him already!
I’m Andrew. I live in Reston, Virginia (in the Washington, DC area). If I do that I won’t have anywhere to live or anyway to earn a living. I have bipolar. I need to be able to afford my meds. And I want to work. In fact … I have no plans to ever retire. Also nowadays most anything I say can be deemed hate speech. I don’t want to be locked up for what I say just for stating objective fact.
I totally relate to this. I’m just like you Sadie. I am shy especially when it comes to new people and strangers. But I know that Jesus called us to spread the gospel. What I’m more anxious when I am talking to people about the good News and Jesus is saying the wrong thing. I feel like I am not qualified enough. I’m not a theologian. And I always worry about what if they ask hard questions and I don’t know how to answer them or don’t know the answer to them. It’s definitely a struggle for me. Love your video❤ Keep it up and don’t ever stop talking about Jesus!
I relate to this, I mainly share the gospel on social media, but I have a hard time doing it in person. I pray that the Lord will give the courage to preach the gospel in person ❤
Dear Sam and Sadie, I have been following your videos for some time and have sincerely prayed for a miracle for you following the unfortunate events you faced, which the Lord answered for your little bundle of joy, Hayes. I appreciate the content you create; however, I wish to express my thoughts with genuine care. This is merely my perspective, not an absolute truth. I would refrain from telling someone that disbelief in Jesus leads to hell, despite the reality of their consequences. Our mission is to convey the message of Jesus and His love for humanity, aiming to reveal His character in a way that draws others to Him. It is essential to plant the seed and pray for divine growth. If someone hears the phrase "you’re going to hell," it may push them further away from a genuine relationship with Jesus. While we may have differing views, ultimately, there is one undeniable truth that prevails-Jesus.
Hi Nia! First of all, thank you so much for your prayers!! It means a lot 🙏🏻 we also definitely see where you’re coming from with sharing the Gospel. To me (this is Sam writing this) I believe that we ought to always make sharing the Gospel more about Christ’s mercy than the consequences, but I also believe that telling people that God is a perfect God and can’t stand sin, and sin unpaid for leads to an eternity away from God. I believe that this is crucial in explaining that He loves us so much that He sent His own Son to die that we may be made holy and sinless in His eyes, even though we nailed Him to the cross with our transgressions. So I believe that we must not shy away from this truth, God’s Word doesn’t need to be spoken hesitantly. But you are absolutely right that the consequences of sin ought not be the only thing we share! I’ll try to do a better job of completing the message next time haha. God bless and thanks for writing what The Lord led you to write!
Totally agree with Sam here. I would also add that it’s not loving to withhold the truth from people about the consequences of sin apart from having a saving faith in Christ. If you had a kid and warned him or her not to play in traffic without telling them what could happen you are causing harm to them. While it may not be pleasant to talk about the consequences of unforgiven sin, it must be taught and not held back as that would be unloving. But we also must be gentle in telling others the truth as well. We must speak the truth, the whole truth, in love not just the piece of it that we like.
