      @@PitmasterOntheWay no, I have an old brinkmanship that I paid &5.00 for. But it works. Someday I will consider another one

    Very nice My Friend! The combo of charcoal and the smaller wood splits is the way to go! 🔥👍 Just have to deal with extra ash.....but not a big deal. 👍

      Thanks brother! You got it right, no big deal dealing with the extra ash! Ofc at one point during the cook I only have wood burning, so it enhances the smoke flavor 🔥. You got some nice videos on your channel! I'll be checking your new videos as well. Cheers! 👍🔥

    Solid info. Haven’t tried an offset yet. Great tip with the second chimney of coals. The cutting the splits to match your smoker size was also very valuable. What you didn’t mention, but we’re doing was keeping the splits warm. You created room by how you set up your coal base. Cool video. Keep doing your thing! 🍻👊

      Thanks man! I really appreciate you took the time to stop by. You are right, I forgot to mention that whole point of having the splits in the firebox is to keep them warm. Unfortunately during the editing I had to remove so much important info so that everything would fit in a 5 min video! I have to say it was very challenging! 👍 I'll be checking your next video soon.
