Solid info. Haven’t tried an offset yet. Great tip with the second chimney of coals. The cutting the splits to match your smoker size was also very valuable. What you didn’t mention, but we’re doing was keeping the splits warm. You created room by how you set up your coal base. Cool video. Keep doing your thing! 🍻👊

Unfortunately during the editing I had to remove so much important info so that everything would fit in a 5 min video! I have to say it was very challenging! 👍 I'll be checking your next video soon.
